Full Itinerary

Day 0: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport

Pick up at Kilimanjaro Airport and drive to Arusha City 50 minutes. Overnight stay at Tulia Retreat hotel and Spa

Day 1: Depart from Arusha in the morning after breakfast.

Enjoy a scenic drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area 3 hours. Upon arrival at the Ngorongoro Crater, embark on a thrilling game drive, exploring the incredible wildlife diversity within the crater. After the game drive, drive to Nainokanoka campsite for overnight stay.

Day 2: Nainokanoka to Olmoti Crater and Maasai Boma

After breakfast, begin the trek from Nainokanoka towards Olmoti Crater. Trek to the rim of Olmoti Crater and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Descend into the crater and explore the lush scenery and waterfall. After the trek, return to the camp for hot lunch. After lunch, visit a Maasai boma to learn about the traditional Maasai way of life. Overnight stay at Nainokanoka camp.

Day 3: Nainokanoka to Bulati Village

Start the trek from Nainokanoka to Bulati Village after breakfast 5 hours. Trek through the picturesque Ngorongoro Highlands, passing by stunning scenery and traditional Maasai villages. Arrive at Bulati Village in the afternoon and experience the hospitality of the local community. Overnight stay at Bulati Village campsite.

Day 4: Bulati Village to Empakaai Crater

Begin the trek from Bulati Village towards Empakaai Crater after breakfast 4-5. Trek through diverse landscapes, including forests and open grasslands. Arrive at Empakaai Crater in the afternoon and enjoy stunning views of the crater and its lake. Get hot lunch at the camp. After lunch descend into the crater to enjoy the Crater surrounded by flamingos. Ascend the crater to the camp on the rim for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Empakaai Crater to Acacia Camp

After breakfast, trek from Empakaai Crater to Acacia Camp. Enjoy the scenic trek down to the Acacia camp 5-6 hours. Arrive at Acacia Camp in the afternoon and set up camp for overnight stay.

Day 6: Acacia Camp to Lake Natron

Begin the trek from Acacia Camp to Lake Natron after breakfast 3-4 hours. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Lake Natron, Oldoinyo Lengai Mountain(The only active Volcano Mountain in Tanzania) and the surrounding area. Arrive at Africa Safari Lake Natron Camp in the afternoon and settle in for overnight stay. In this last day of trek, the Chef and other staffs will say goodbye. You’ll remain only with the driver at the tented camp.

Day 7: Lake Natron Activities

Spend the day enjoying various activities at Lake Natron, such as visiting the lake to see flamingos, exploring waterfalls, and engaging with the local community. Overnight stay at Africa Safari Lake Natron Camp.

Day 8: Lake Natron to Serengeti Park via Klein’s Gate

Depart from Lake Natron and drive to Serengeti Park via Klein’s Gate 5hrs.Enjoy a scenic and beautiful view of Masai villages landscape while driving to Serengeti Park. with opportunities to spot wildlife along the way. Upon arrival in the park, start game drive to Kimbilio tented Camp in the Lobo area of Serengeti for overnight stay.

Day 9: Serengeti Park Game Drive

Embark on a full-day game drive in Serengeti Park, exploring the vast plains and searching for the Big Five and other wildlife. The game will take place from Lobo to Central Serengeti. Overnight stay at Kisura Serengeti tented Camp.

Day 10: Central Serengeti Game Drive

Continue the safari experience with a game drive in central Serengeti, known for its abundance of wildlife. Overnight stay at Kisura Serengeti tented Camp.

Day 11: Serengeti to Arusha

Enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti Park enroute to Arusha. Arrive in Arusha in the evening, where the tour concludes. Overnight at Tulia Retreat Hotel and Spa.
