How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance, especially for peak seasons (June-October and December-February).

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 60 days before departure. 50% refund for cancellations 30-59 days before. No refund within 30 days.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation is mandatory for all Kilimanjaro climbs and highly recommended for safaris.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and mobile money (M-Pesa). A 30% deposit secures your booking for all safaris and a 10% deposit secures your booking for all Kilimanjaro/trekking routes.
